Richard has 17 years’ experience working in all areas of finance relating to retail, office, industrial and residential scheme management in both Ireland the UK. He was appointed to the Board of Directors in 2019.

A key part of Richard’s role in Evia is his ability to understand and adapt our wide variety of Investor reporting requirements, providing effective analytics to them while also ensuring regulatory reporting requirements are met in a timely manner. His client base includes private equity funds, pension funds, banks, syndicates, developers, receivers, retailers, and individual property owners.

Richard holds a BA (Hons) in Economics from UCD and qualified as a Certified Chartered Accountant in 2009. Prior to joining Evia in 2019, he worked as a Senior Client Accountant in Savills where he was responsible for the financial management of significant developments including Liffey Valley Shopping Centre, Victoria Square Shopping Centre and The Park Carrickmines.
